A three-week assessment, with three to five days on site, of where you really stand on AI. Our team interviews your leaders, reviews your systems and data, lists the AI already in use and values your most promising opportunities. You receive a readiness score on six areas, ten opportunities ranked by value and feasibility, and a plan for the first 90 days.

The scan runs in three phases. Discover: the leadership team takes the online AI Readiness Scan, we request documents and interview your leaders. Assess: we work on site with the owners of your systems, data and processes, and run a half-day workshop to collect opportunities. Value and plan: we value and score the opportunities, build the 90-day plan and present the results to your leadership team. Your assignments: the online scan for each leader, and system overviews and data samples from the data owners.
