Why it matters

Many executive teams know they need an AI strategy but are unsure what a complete one contains.

Without a shared method, strategies end up as lists of projects without funding logic, ownership or governance.

The program has two parts. The first covers ambition and value: what AI must achieve, where it changes value in your industry, how to score opportunities and how to build a value case with funding in stages. The second covers delivery and control: technology choices, organization and change, governance, and how to measure results. Each topic combines teaching with work on your own plan. Before the program, each participant takes the online AI Readiness Scan, and we speak with the CEO and CFO.

Deliverables

  • An outline of your AI strategy in nine chapters, each with first content and open questions
  • A scored list of AI opportunities, with the top five
  • A draft one-page ambition
  • A governance starter set: a register format, an approval route and a draft risk appetite
  • A work plan to complete the strategy: who does what, by when
