Identify New Value Cases
- Half day
- For Executives
- Online · On site
A half-day workshop for executives and leadership teams once the first AI solutions are in use. Together we review what they deliver against today's figures, look for the same patterns elsewhere in the business, and score new opportunities on value and viability. You leave with a ranked shortlist of new value cases, ready to be worked out with finance.
Is this for you?
Executive and leadership teams with at least one AI solution in daily use, who want to decide what to fund next on evidence rather than enthusiasm. It works best with the owners of the processes where AI already runs, together with finance.
4 to 14 participants from the executive and leadership team, including finance.
Preparation required: a short results summary for each AI solution in use, and two or three candidate opportunities from each participant.
Core objectives
- 01Review what the AI already in use delivers, against today's figures
- 02Find processes and units where the same patterns could create value
- 03Score new opportunities on value and viability with one method
- 04Agree a shortlist of new value cases, each with an owner
The first AI solutions teach a company more than any strategy document: what works on its own data, what people adopt and what it really costs.
Companies that use those lessons to choose their next cases scale faster than those that return to the original long list.
How it works
- 01 Results of the AI in use
- 02 Patterns that could repeat
- 03 Scoring new opportunities
- 04 Shortlist and owners
The workshop moves from the results of the AI already in use, to the patterns that could repeat elsewhere, to scoring new opportunities, and ends with an agreed shortlist and owners. Before the session, the owners of each live solution prepare a short results summary, and every participant brings two or three candidate opportunities from their own area.
Deliverables
- A results summary of the AI already in use
- A list of new opportunities, scored on value and viability
- A ranked shortlist of three to five new value cases, each with an owner
- A first estimate of value, and the data each case needs
