The program runs in three phases. Plan and mobilize: the strategy and execution plan, and the program set up. Execute and adopt: regular portfolio meetings and quarterly reviews, a change and adoption program for leaders and teams, roles redesigned with HR, and oversight of the parties that build your solutions. Scale and hand over: what works is scaled, the next wave of projects starts and your internal team takes over. Three funding decisions structure the program: agree the ambition, fund the first phase, and scale what works. Building solutions is not part of the program; it runs as separate engagements with the parties you choose.
